Red Light Sauna
Step into our soothing Red Light Therapy Sauna, designed to revitalize and restore your body from the inside out. With space for up to four, it's the perfect retreat to unwind and let the healing power of red light work its magic. Whether you’re looking to boost circulation, ease muscle tension, or enhance skin health, this rejuvenating experience is available to our community members by appointment. Creative Movement Room
Our Creative Movement Room is a sacred space for healing and expression, featuring a stunning mandala mural by Praise the Sun Shop and a whole bunch of mats and puffy things.
This versatile room can be used for yoga, yoga therapy, stretching, Pilates, sound baths, somatic work, and more. It also transforms into an inspiring art space for art therapy, group arts, crafting, and creative expression—offering a sanctuary where mind, body, and spirit connect.
